Policies

Payments:

  1. A $35 deposit is due on Monday, December 21, 2026. All dance families should register through our online portal under “Spring Dance Performance ‘26 Registration,” with the deposit applied toward the total fee. After registering, each dancer will sign up for the 4-month “SDS ‘27 Payment Plan,” which covers the participation fee, group uniform costumes and shoes, portrait photos for the website and program, and sponsorship posters. All balances must be paid in full for the dancer to participate. Tickets, as well as any solo, character, or specialty costumes and shoes, are not included and will be billed separately.

Participation:

Once enrolled, students are expected to complete the 8-month program through the Spring Dance Performance 2027. If a student is unable to finish the program for any reason, the dance family understands there are no refunds or credits. Any missed rehearsals will be deducted from the amount paid, and the student will receive any fully paid costumes. The Participation Fee is $165, which covers all rehearsals, the final full rehearsal, and both the day and night of the performance.

Costume Policies:

Students are measured, and costumes are ordered according to the company’s sizing chart. While sizes are chosen carefully, a perfect fit isn’t guaranteed, and alterations may be needed. For a professional fit, we have a costume alteration specialist available, with any fees being the parent’s responsibility. Costumes should not be altered unless the studio decides it’s necessary. Dance costumes are designed to fit closely to the dancer’s body, may be shorter in length, have full sleeves or be sleeveless, and can include sequins. Dancers must wear the costume as instructed and are not allowed to change its design.

TSC PAC POLICIES:

TSC PAC does not allow balloons, glass, food or drink inside house audience as these items can damage property and cause injury. We do encourage you to bring flowers and/or gifts to celebrate your dancers’ accomplishments!

Items and fees not included:

Tickets, hair, makeup and food are not included the day/night of performance. Hair must be complete before arrival on day of show. Hair style is pulled away from face, neat. May wear braids or have design. Dancers with multiple costumes will need a medium storage bin to hold costumes.
